What to Expect

Virtual Handler Coaching is designed to help you improve your dog’s reliability by improving your own clarity, timing, and decision-making. This is not a program where someone tells you what went wrong after the fact. It is a structured process built around your real training footage, your real setups, and your real decisions as a handler. All coaching sessions, submitted videos, and course materials are private and confidential. Nothing is shared publicly or used for examples without your explicit permission. We begin with a Discovery Call to identify a clear objective and define what success looks like. A custom e-learning course is then created specifically for you. From there, each session follows the same working format: You submit training video We review it together in real time Decisions are evaluated, not just outcomes You leave with a specific plan for your next training session Each of the five sessions is recorded and stored in your private course so you can revisit the discussion as often as needed. Between sessions, lessons are added to your private course. These lessons are created specifically for you based on what shows up in your training and video review. They may include targeted explanations, setup guidance, or short demonstrations meant to reinforce the exact decisions you are working to improve. The goal of this process is not perfection from the dog. It is to give you the tools to evaluate your own training, make better decisions under pressure, and continue progressing with confidence long after coaching ends. This program works best for handlers who are willing to slow down, be honest about what they see, and take responsibility for the conditions they create in training.
